Introduction

Smart Recurring works similarly to Normal Recurring. Their main difference is SR focuses on accumulating and increasing your portfolio by the dollar value you set it up. It will disregard the price of the token you want to accumulate. If the token price goes down, you will get more. If the price goes up you will get less.

Example:
I want to accumulate SOL daily and I will set it up to buy worth $50 of SOL daily. My maximum budget would be $100 for that.
Guide and explanation below.

Note:
There's a $100 minimum order and 0.1% platform fee using the Recurring.

  1. I want to Allocate Tab

In this tab it's asking you which token you want to allocate or sell if it triggered your order.

1. Click the drop down menu
2. Choose the token you want to allocate. In this guide I'll use USDC.
3. Input the amount you want to allocate.

Note:
1. Make sure to double check the token you want to allocate.

2. on input amount box you can choose half or max so it will automatically input the half or maximum amount you have for that token.

  1. To Buy Tab

In this tab it's asking you which token you want to receive once the order got triggered.

1. Click the drop down menu
2. Choose the token you want to receive. In this guide I'll use JUP.

Note:
1. The amount you will receive will depend on the price your order manages to execute.

2. Recurring Summary explanation can be found under this guide.

  1. Every Tab

In this tab it's asking you how frequent do you want the order to execute it as long it's within the price range. We're using every 1 every day.

1. Click the default 1 and to change the value. I'll keep it the 1 for this guide.
2. Click the drop down menu and choose if you want it to execute every minute, hour, day, week, or month. I'll use day for now.

Note:
1. Based on my choice it means the order will execute once every day.

2. Make sure to double or triple check the value you inputted to avoid the wrong execution of your order.

  1. Increase Portfolio Value Tab

In this tab it's asking you how much in dollar value you want to increase your portfolio.

1. Just click the default value to change. I'll use $2 for this guide.

Note:
1. The value you will enter will be the exact value that your order going to buy every single transaction as long you have a budget.

2. This value will disregard the token current price so if the price goes down you will get more and if the price goes up you will get less.

3. Make sure to double check the amount you will input. Your max budget will depend on this and how much exactly to allocate per order.

  1. Placing Recurring

After setting and inputting everything you can click the Place Recurring Order button now. It should be available by now.

1. Click the Place Recurring Order Button
2. Double check the details and click confirm

Note:
1. Make sure to check one more time if the estimated value of the token you will accumulate is correct.

2. Sometimes an error might happen so if the simulation error popup or another type of issue just cancel the transaction and click the swap button again then check.
